Grand Retirement Communities (Grand Village) is an independent living community in Northwest Arkansas. Their setting and services are irresistible. From a private chef to luxury cottages, there’s a lot to love about the space, not to mention all of the activities and amenities that make this a truly active retirement community.
In 2023 the operations and marketing teams united under one goal: fill Grand Village to capacity. So, we began a journey together to do this and have since increased Grand Village’s occupancy by 12%, filling them almost to capacity. Here are some key factors that played a role in that growth.

According to Grand Village’s CRM, 17 of the 32 move-ins were a result of online inquiry through the website. Some were referrals from word of mouth, but they chose engage via Grand Village’s website to schedule their tours.
After a consistent rhythm of posting helpful content to the website, Grand Village started to come up first for many searches related to retirement in Northwest Arkansas, gaining them higher visibility.
Apart from Facebook ads generating leads and tours one resident even said that when they saw the Grand Village’s posts about activities on Facebook, they were sold on moving in.
Both the Grand Village team and our team keep the lines of communication open to constantly assess what tactics work and which do not. We continually work to refine strategy as a team and as a result, are better coordinated to drive sales revenue for Grand Village in conjunction with one another, versus siloing each department.
